Alka-Seltzer Plus Cold Formula

Let me begin by saying I've been using this product for a very long time and haven't had a problem with it. I should also say I'm a label reader since contracting leukemia ten years ago. By God's grace, I am in remission for the leukemia but continue to take a medication to keep the disease from returning. Being that I've used Alla-Seltzer Plus for years, I did not question the ingredients, of the 'newer product', and thought you like to know it includes 'Aspartame'. This was 'not' one of the long list of ingredients in past years. It seems like everything you pick up, in the grocery store shelves, either has 'Aspartame', 'Salt', or 'High Fructose Corn Syrup' as an ingredient. I don't know about you folks but I am totally disgusted at our FDA and what it's doing to the American people! I've written my congress men and women only to get a 'politicians' reply, which made me more upset than I was previously. Maybe if we band together as citizens and make this an issue before next elections, we can change all this?

Thanks for posting this! I take the Dollar General brand of that stuff, and have also wondered if that contributed to tinnitis. I'll check the label on the DG brand.

Ya hit the nail right on the head, Mike! The Gov't leaders don't want older people around who mostly are conseratives and then have health problems due to the poisoned foods and drugs they've been forced to eat and take all their lives! May God protect the younger genetations from our idiotic gov't laws, including the Pharmacutical and FDA ...who make lots of money by making people sicker and than more sicker by the drugs drs' prescribe....a useless Merry-Go-Round and yes some meds make you feel better so the illness won't kill you right then but the meds buid up a resistance and harm the immune system to die later of some terrible ailment...like cancer and etc.!
