I've been re-hunting some spots that I haven't used the Omega on, or if so, just on a few patches. These spots are loaded with trash. Once was Military housing, so it is not un-common to dig foreign coins. I have some from a dozen or so countries off this spot. The finds pictured are from two days of hunting and not shown are several pieces of clad and numerous cents. This morning using the small 5"dd coil I got the 2 Australia coins. The neat, large penny, is a 1943 and the silver is a 1940 3 pence. They were in the same hole, so probably lost at the same time. I have previously also recovered a 1944 Aussie large cent and a 6 pence coin from this site. I don't recall the date right now. Also over the last couple of days got some junk jewelry, a neat and intact Hot Wheels type truck, a, what appears to be gold plated, pendant with the initials M W, a military button and a couple of other misc items. 1 38 wheat cent was the only wheatie I recovered. I did run 99 sen, but it was a bit chattery when near some power lines and disc 1 and d3 tones. Many of the coin recoveries were just a high tone tic among all the trash. I think I will be re-visiting some of my previously hunted trashy spots using the 5" coil and the Omega. HH jim tn
