Beautiful day, but it got hot 
...but I put on my new boots and headed out the door 
Got out to the fort and see there's a lot of logging going on. I decided this might be the only time I'd get to hit these places before it gets grown up again so I headed out through the cut.
After walking this for a couple of hrs and only 1 wheatie
I worked my way to a area that is my farthest site just to see if I could snag some silver. After I get there I notice my heels are starting to feel like blisters 
I dug a few more wheaties on my way back out. Then I finally get a nice signal 
The final mile walk out was tough...those new boots weren't quite broke in and I paid the price. I've got quarter size blisters on both heels
..but I did enjoy the day.
