It was nice day yesterday, and having worked all day Saturday, it felt good to get out. Used the 12.5" to see if I could eek out some deepies I missed the last time. Oddly enough, my first find wasn't a deepie at all. I was into some woods, well off a trail, when I got a shallow gold hit. What's great about this place is there's virtually no trash in these hard to get to area. I was just wondering, if it was a ring, how the heck did it get here? Well, I dug up this, about 3 or 4" down. No gold markings that I can see (have to find my loop) but I have no doubt it's gold. A little bit of a thing; size 4

Here's the back:

Then I found another cool button. It was really deep; an iffy signal that started sounding better the closer I got to it. At first I thought it was "modern" because it was in such good condition. But after cleaning it I saw the back markings on it and looked it up. Can't find this particular name but there was another Imperial Standard that was in business up to 1820. Any ideas???

The last thing I found was this buckle... it's pretty small, only about 2" wide:
