I sure miss the unmistakable tone of a coin & the broken tone of iron from my 6000 Di Pro SL - That machine was DEEP too! Dumbest thing I ever did was to sell it! I hope you enjoy the Pics... :pulltab:

damn. you did find an awful lot with that machine, that took awile im guessing. great job, hh

Bought the 5900 DI PRO sl last summer still haven,t used it in the field.
Wonder how it compares to your unit ?

Are you serious . . .most of that was stolen in 2000 ??! Man I feel for you. Nice work in any case . . thank's for sharing it.

The 5900 is a great machine too! Also very deep! Crap, I want my old analogue back! & yea, MOST was stolen but I did "secure" my Silver & Copper pennies in a better place! Loosing all that Clad & the jewelry did "Tick" me off though! :ranting:

Once learned that 5900 is the same as the 6000. With the 5900, the manual GB was preferred (by some) because of a seemingly quicker response, full control of balancing.......and enjoying it's natural "lock track" characteristic. (Look how many of us use lock track heavily now and that explains a lot.) Those machines will still be a "top dog" for some time to come. I've sold both off and.....ahhh.....do miss the analog audio bad.
