A pic of some bits and pieces found in the last few days, included are a pair of earrings (cheapies).A 1 euro coin,1934 threepence,1924 Australian halfpenny.
The coin with the hole in it appears to asian the salt water has taken its toll. Also a nice wee silver ring.thanks....jim

Congratulations on all the finds. I like the snail or is it a snail at top middle.

Hi,7centsworth yip it is a snail dated 2005 unfortunatly.Must be a kids collectable of sorts....cheers jim.

Lots of digging! And it's always good to find a silver ring. Silver of any sort, for that matter. What is that star shaped item in the top right corner of the first pic? HH Randy

Howdy Randy, the star shaped item is just a modern pendant from movie world,on the gold coast Australia, pretty cool but not old, looks good in my cabinet full of odd bits and pieces...

Great finds Kiwi-JIm,

Nice though.

Very good finds! Was wondering if you Australians have a problem with acid rain eating up your coins like we do here in the States?

Well Mtnmn, sorry to dissapoint you but I am not an Australian, and yes we do get serious corrosion in our coins if they are found in the wet salty sand.....cheers
