nice finds Bill  i love finding foreign coins for my collection i"m starting to get quite a few

Nice collection Bill. I love finding the foreign coins. It really spices up the hunt. I've never seen a coin for two and a half cents before!
Mick Evans.

Yeah it's interesting to see the different conage from around the world. I have an English pound in my pile somewhere and some Aussie coins..

Bill

Yeah I like finding them. Since Portland is an inland seaport a lot of foreigners wander in and out of here and lose money.

I found a 1991 US cent on the beach last night. Not bad for Wollongong, NSW, Australia. We're not exactly on the tourist trail and US visitors are rare.

I'd forgotten how small these things are! You guys Stateside must hate diggin' em!

I live on the East Caoast of the United States and I have found coins from:

Australia
Belgium
Bermuda
Brazil
Canada (Lots)
Chile
China
Czechoslovakia
East Caribbean States
France
Japan
Mexico (Sadly Lots)
Nepal
New Zealand
Turkey
UK (Lots)
Venezuela

I love finding almost any non US coin. Makes for a good day in my book!

Chris

Yeah we ain't too fond of them but they add up. Ourvery own John saves them up and buys gold coins with them, or at least he did before gold shot out of site. Think he has 17 or so he has purchased over the years.
