Very good, Pete, and I too agree! I used to be in church often but when my health failed and I couldn't see to drive at night, I quit attending a regular church and listen to and watch TV Preachers, but only the ones I know follows and preaches the truth of God's Holy Word, although we may differ in some of the teachings of the scriptures! As long as we are saved in Jesus' precious holy name and washed in His blood by praying and reading The Holy Bible, we can still go to Him by faith and receive what we need from Him! I know our fellow believers with testimonies and praise sure lift up one another and I know our Almighty God Jehovah is pleased when He is lifted up in our worshiping Him in Spirit and in Truth! I love Jesus and I know He loves me and if I don't attend church outside my home, then I think He will understand, but if not, then I will be told so in no undertain words and be spanked! I've been spanked before and know what it is for the Holy Spirit to turn away from me for awhile.............but He comes back when I tell Him I am sorry and start praising Him for His love and mercy which endures forever and ever! You do have fellowship here with other Brothers and Sisters in Christ and your prayers added to others are a way of doing what God wants even if you can't get to a physical building. We do gather together here and we show honor and praise and worship to our God so not making it to a physical building is understandable...and also the church of our Lord is not physical but spiritual, We have a friend who says she doesn't go to church because....."I don't get up before 10 a.m." I am sure that will wash with God....NOT!!! It is her choice and her excuse.

Nothing is hidden from God so it is the heart that he sees - not the cheap excuses and lip service given.
