A good end to a slow year

Have not been hunting much since july, because of time spent with the local spca yearly rummage sale. We seem to start earlier each year, and did not finish until middle of october. Have been trying to catch up with work around the house.
Well, the last two days of this year made up for the time missed.
Went to a convenant school in charlottesville, va., about 3 miles from my house and was rewarded for my effort.
Silver 41 dime, 1898 & 1899 indian heads + 1957 and 1958 pennies.
Used the 2500 with 12" coil yesterday, and returned to finish with the 1250 with a 4" coil today.
Most of the dimes and old pennies were found with the 4", while the 12" found the 1941 dime.
Happy New Year to all!
