Separate Egg Yolks and Whites
All you need is a little help from a clean, empty water bottle. Crack an egg into a shallow bowl, then hold the mouth of the bottle near the yolk and gently squeeze. When you release the squeeze, the yolk will be sucked out and you can deposit it into another bowl. Buying a dozen eggs is much cheaper than buying a half pint of egg whites and you get to yolk around too.

Pete I have an egg separator but most of the time, if I want to separate the yolk from the whites, I just use the egg shells after cracked in half....just a quick an easy way with nothing to wash...Ma takes the lazy way!
