A hunt after work 1900 v nickle and thought Gold!

Both were found in the same hole at my local school which dates 1934 I work at the school
It was my second hit on deus after new settings im trying I posted in today's finds to see if anyone
Had an idea of what it is it's a 50 year anniversary coin or token date is 1924.

Hey that would have got my heart a racing too! My first thought would have been...$5 gold piece!! Then the let down. But hey...you got the V nickel and a really old commemorative coin. Cool finds none-the-less! Congrats!

Keep searching...that gold piece might just turn up...sooner or later. You certainly have the detector that is capable of making it a reality. Good luck!

I forgot to mention this was just standard 50 centime currency at the time, not commemorative or a token either.
