I was cleaning the small 10k gold ring with a toothbrush getting the sand mud off of it when it broke into 3 pieces in my hand... my guess its so old it was brittle...it disgusts me when I do this... its not the first time ;)

My buddy Robert was skunked but did find this cool buckle...


We had a strong East wind and it held the water in so we didn't hunt too long...
 
Heh betta than my hunt. i gotta find a place that not many fellow treasure hunters go. hh -Joe
 
Great finds! I hope I can share that "disgusted" feeling someday, even though I know what you are saying! Thank you for always sharing these Great finds, you really keep me stoked!
