A little Silver

Scored this Barber Dime last night. was a strange place, I was digging bottle caps at 7-8" & then when I was on my way to my truck I scored this Barber Dime near the parking lot not more than 2" deep. Read a 37.
 
You just never know' I guess that's part of the allure of our hobby.
I Always swing en route back to the truck and have found multiple silvers because of it. Congrats on a great old coin!

Yeah it is always funny to me when I am digging in a old yard and I am getting the old coins an inch or 2 down and everything deeper is clad...
 
M2, Great find. Wondered if your density was set at high ? I've read in the manual that the low density setting may be a digit or two more accurate. In my experience, that very coin will hit 38-39 in low density ( a sightly slower algorithm in the microprocessor ) sweep.
