Went to a few parks and a school today, dug about 50 coins before wrenching my knee, not bad tho. However, I did luck out on this pretty 10 K white gold ring. It has a few small diamonds but probably not real. I'll get them checked out tho.

I also found this electronic device - any answers to what it is ? Seems to have a password so maybe cannot use it. Steve in so az

Very nice ring, good job:beers:

dont know what the device is!

Nice ring, the device looks like a phone or toy phone, maybe an electronic phone book. It could also be a device used for text messageing. The keys pad is the same as a phone. Just a guess.
God Bless,
KyBud

Silver ring is a nice find for nearly the end of the year! Nope, don't know what the device is unless it is for learning the Alphabet and numbers plus writing with and doing arithmatic! Could be for someone in 5th & 6th graces or higher up! I am not a electronic expert....in fact I am electronically challenged! :) May God Bless! Betty

Hope the knee is ok! I bet the diamonds are real, as the smaller they are the better chance. Not sure what that gizmo is? Looks like phone/mp3/calculator! ????

Hey Steve,
It would appear the device, which looks like an I-Pod Touch but isn't, is an MP3 Player w/eBook reading capability. Can't remember exactly where I saw it advertised but I think that's what it is. If it has a password that hasn't been set previously, try keying in #1234 or #0000.

SS - I think you may be right about the gizmo. I Googled in Zipit , a company who makes similar things (someone suggested that) and sent them the pic of it. As for a password - several buttons produce "pass". Does that infer a password is already there or that it needs one ? Steve

Congrats on the finds! Nice way to wrap up the year.
