Got up with Tenspeed and hit our new favorite spot. Man with tall grass it wore me out. Both the Merc and George are a 1942. First silver quarter in 3 months. MHG lapel pin is from a boat insurance co. 1918, 4-1941, 2-1942, 44', 2-1945', 51, 53 and 1954 for a total of 13 Wheat Pennies. Tenspeed got a 1940 Walking Liberty Half and .925 ring. and had as high a coin count. He uses a E machine but I dont hold that agaist him.
104 Pennies
26 Dimes
12 Quarters

Nice finds I like the service badge and the silver isn't bad either.

NIIICE hunting. By "E machine," I'm assuming you mean those ones made by M*****B? If so, then with the two of you finding roughly equal amounts of stuff, that is a great testimonial to the GB/G2. How deep were you hitting the silvers and the wheats (and which machine -- G2 or GB?)

Steve

WoW, you had me shocked for a min. I though that was each a stack of silver.
Nice find though.
