I'm amazed the enamel on the ring is still intact & bright-they made them well back when...About 4 feet away was this Caribbean states nickle...In Oregon no less...
Did a google search and didn't find a match-but it was fairly deep...

Aaaargh me Bucko...
 
The coin is an odd find for sure....Whats the ring? Gold?....It's a face?any one you know?..couple of neat recovery's WTG
 
Sadly not gold...Plated & its only slightly coroded-so better made than most "toy" rings.

I did a google & didn't find a match. I'd guess early 60's era by depth & location.
