A Plethora of Goodies

Went running around the last 2 days with the wife, daughter and granddaughter. Beach, parks, tot lots. Here are the finds. Today I found a .925 silver baby ring. I found a quarter and a dime together just under the grass. 1964 silver dime, fresh drop. I found a Disneyland Token, my first one. The big fake flower bracelet was from the beach. It was tangled up with seaweed. Altogether I found 91 coins for $8.75.

I've got one smaller than that. It's a baby's baptismal ring and is TINY!! And it's 14 KT. Picked it up with the 250 which is hot on small gold.

They do that sometimes. Depending on size, shape, composition, position, gold rings and other gold items can show up anywhere. I've had big gold rings read as foil. Some gold coins read in that range also. It's strange that the most valuable stuff reads in the junk range.
