A praise note

In all our years of marriage my wife & I have never been sick at the same time. I think the Lord allows this so one can take care of the other. This past Monday & Tuesday I was sick, stayed in bed most of the time. Now my wife is sick, not exactly the same symptoms, but probably got it from me.

As I have gotten older I have learned to take the time to slow down and see all the billions of little blessings we receive from GOD. The big ones have always been easy to see and acknowledge, but our lives are full of so many tiny little blessings and we really do need to just step back and see them for what they are.

I think if we really knew all the blessings GOD rains down on us each and every minute of each and every day, ........................ we would literally spend all our available time praising him.

Yes, God is faithful and good to His own and that is a blessing to not be ill at the same time, so each of you can help the other in time of need just like we are all sisters and brothers to pray, love and help during the trials and struggles of mortal life that we each face at one time or another! Cliff and I were able to do that for each other in our ill times! Prayers going up to our Lord for mercy, grace and total healing of body and to be out of her sick bed really soon! Amen! Praise God and Thank You, Jesus, and Holy Spirit! God Bless! Betty
