As some may recall I posted a request for prayer for our family friend, Heidi, who lives in Chicago and has been wanting to move down the street from us here in Michigan. She was at her wits end with one of her neighbors who acts as the devil incarnate towards her. Heidi had tried and tried to get a certificate from her employer stating her certification as a nurse. They repeatedly refused to give her a copy. She tried California where her original certification came from and they could not find it or didn't bother to look.
The certification proof is needed for her to work here in Michigan. Without it she could not move, would have no job that could hire her without showing that proof, etc. The place she has been wanting is still available and even the owner is willing to rent the place to her while she starts working here in Michigan....and if nothing else there are nursing jobs available all over...including up here. But the certification and looking to have to endure continued abuse from the 'neighbor' who is also the president of the condo association she belongs to.
In her deseration she asked Sherry and I to pray and ask others to pray. We did and you did.
We got a call night before last from an excited Heidi who wanted to tell us some good news...we weren't here when she called. We got back in touch with her and she said "California has sent a copy of my nursing certification to Michigan." Also, "life is going to be so much better and much sooner now."
So there you have it. Prayers once again answered. God is Great all the time and all the time God is Great. Thank you Father, thank you Lord and thank you too Holy Spirit for moving to help a non-Christian.
I know it is His will that she be saved and not lost. Praying for that too. Thanks all for the prayers for Heidi.
