A question about Smartfind

Can someone explain the Smartfind to me please?

I entered the TTF that Goes4ever had and did enter the Smartfind, but how do you utilize the Smartfind in itself?

I'm not new to the Etrac as I had one for a couple of years, but I do not ever recall using the Smartfind.

Does it run in the background when a pattern that is associated with it is in use?

I may be wrong on this, but I think Smartfind is simply the 1750 pixels screen. So your discrimination pattern is loaded up and goes onto the screen - that's smartfind. Then you can toggle between that and the Quick Mask - just for reference you can make adjustments to Quick mask with the arrows, but you can't do that to your pattern.

Yes. Smart find is just the screen that runs YOUR pre set patterns. You chose the discrimintaion pattern to run with or modify them as yo wish.
