A quick comment from Monte's youngest son

Monte

Well-known member
Greetings,

Just a quick update on Monte. Last Tuesday, June 22nd, he had a fall at work, spent a few days in ICU and has now returned home. He is slowly improving and will be out of "detecting" commission for some time. For updates please see his website www.ahrps.net and feel free to use that link to send him any replies or messages.

I think everyone here will tell you, that we wish nothing less than the best, for your Dad. He is truly a pillar of the Metal Detecting Community.

Get well soon, miss his expertise and wisdom !!

Thank you all for your kind comments. I posted on this forum and the metal detecting Forum that I am back in the Forum responding game, just not quite up to speed yet. I'll get there. I was glad my youngest son traveled up from Utah to help me start mending. My fall's put my website on a slow recovery, but it will get there. It does still have the Research Puzzler Challenge available for a $10 purchase from ahrps.net ( American Heritage Research & Preservation Society) and with heat everywhere it would let you stay cool and try to win a brand new :teknetics: T[sup]2[/sup] grand prize metal detector.

It's just great to be back and able to read about the field results others are having. Keep it up!

Monte

Here's to a speedy recovery!

:beers:
