I know the environmentalists are right but it really hurts their case when I'm shovelling two feet of global warming off my driveway.

I don't get it either...but I guess global warming is based on how too people could destroy the earth by causing the so called global warming...which is a farce, as in God's awesome wisdom, he has created nature to change and, therefore, we will have warm and cold times in different areas of the world and in our nation! The Earth moves and the air and ocean currents move with it, which do not stay the same all the time! Global Warming is a lie to cause more discomfort and more poor people due to higher taxes and utility bills which make the elite rulers richer and the poorer people even poorer and the Middle Class poor also!
Socialism and Liberalism causes third world nations instead of the prosperity we have mostly had in America, but like Jesus said, the poor will be with us always and yet we should try to make laws which help and not destroy them and others that serving satan in his evilness causes! We only got ice and sleet and just a little white stuff on top of that...not the 21 inches that had been predicted for St. Louis, MO. Our God answers prayers and did for Mike in MI but others have to shovel their own and aren't as happy with all the depth of the white flakes than Mike, who makes a living plowing it for those who cannot or can pay him to do so!
Like some trash is another man's treasure...the work for Mike, others don't like! Praise God and Thank You, Jesus, for Your answering our prayers for finances and healings! Amen!

I too was interested in population numbers and I knew I could find this answer in a textbook I had from last semester. According to Nutrition, Concepts and Controversies, 11th edition, written by Sizer and Whitney, The world's population reached 6.6 billion in 2007. Even though the rate of increase has tapered off somewhat, at the present rate of increase, the human population will exceed the earth's estimated carrying capacity by 2033. Carrying capacity is defined as the total number of living organisms that a given environment can support without deteriorating in quality. WOW~ Scientists believe it took around 2,000,000 yrs to reach a population of 1 billion and only about 200 more yrs to get to the 6th billion.
