Close contact in schools and care centers is why colds and flus are spread! I take Vitamin D once a week at 50,000 units per tab...but heard it is better to take 10,000 units each day than all at once but that is the way my dr prescribed Vit D for me...rather expensive but better than suffering and spending money on drs and meds! Thanks Martin and can we start calling you Dr. Martin for all the help you give us on taking care of ourselves?!
