As briefly as I can write.
I was off to Utica, NY to see my niece for her birthday. I hit and old park when I got to town and found the 1964 silver dime right away. I got excited and continued to poke around in the area. Only found clad and had one of my famous MD incidents. I was the only person of my race in the vicinity and a young male approached and asked to see what I had found. He said he had lost some coins and wanted them back. I told him I hadn't found much and that I was leaving. He stared me down as I left. I made haste to my truck and drove off.
Later that day I went to a school with my niece and the first thing we found was the LT bars. If you're Army, Marine or USAF you'd call them Captain bars. Real cool find, I think. They're sterling too. 1902 wheat cent. Junk ring.
Later at my sister's house, my old house, I found the 1951 S dime and one of my old toy airplanes that my niece commandeered. It was an F-5 and used to be a toy I really liked to play with.

Yesterday I came home. Hit two or three or four new spots along the way. Lots of clad. Two real nice quality 925 rings. Pretty sure one is amethyst and the other is small diamonds. Foreign coins. Sac. Finally got a Hawaii quarter so I filled my state quarter book in 47 hunts. I thought it would take less time with the number of coins I dig.

Today. Another new site with another mess of coins. 213 of them in 3.5 hours and my body gave out. I met that roll of each coin in one day goal again. I guess if you hit a site with a load of nickels it's not all that difficult. 50 in one day is a lot! I still can't believe it. I didn't dig one pull tab either. Also amazing. Another dollar coin. A silver bear claw pin. Maybe boyscouts? Silver heart charm. Some other fobs and buttons. A smashed skull thingy. Bahamas coin. That thing with the E on it might be a valve from an instrument. Please comment if you know.

I should to slow down but I probably won't. My hands are torn up. I have just over 100 coins to go to hit a major milestone that you'll hear about sometime soon. My tumbler will be running for at least a week.
