Thanks everyone for your prayers!
I felt the peace and comfort myself and I believe you prayed for my health, as Cliff and I were able to go down to Aunt Myrtle's funeral in the Toyota to Salem, MO. I woke up between 6 and 6:30 am and got up to get ready to go. Wanda still went down below Rolla and picked up Carolyn and they both arrived in Salem before we did! She left at 8:00 am but because of heavy traffic and an accident she was a half-hour getting out of St. Louis. Cliff and I left a little after 10:00 am and the traffic wasn't so bad on I-270 until after I-44, which we turned onto to head towards the funeral home!
We arrived in Salem about 12:15pm after stopping along the way. It was cooler and we were really blessed of God because I cannot take the real hot weather and Tara, his Chihuahua dog, had to go also. It didn't get too warm until we were at the cemetery out of Bunker, MO. Sure was a lot of driving for me, as Wanda had to go back home and take care of some things and she couldn't take the funeral. It is too soon after Larry's death, as we took Carolyn back home to Newburg, MO. which is 15 miles south of Rolla.
Therefore, I drove from where we live in South County of St. Louis, MO to the Salem turn-off at St. James and then took highway 68 into Salem. From Salem we took 32 highway to 72 and through Bunker to where the TT road goes down to BeeFork creek road and on to the cemetery at the end of the farm where we children were all raised.
From there we took BeeFork road all the way back to Bunker and then back to Salem where we ate at a restaurant called My Place. Virginia and families had reserved a room just for all of us and the food was very good.
We left Salem by taking 32 to 72 highway going towards Rolla and then I-44 out of Rolla to where Carolyn lives. I was so tired from driving that we stayed all night with my sister and her husband, David. We left about noon Thursday and I drove straight thru on I-44 and we arrived home around 2:00pm. Cliff put gas in my car before heading back to Carolyn's, so I praise God and Thank Jesus for him, for all of you and your prayers, as if it weren't for all of you and my cousin, Virginia's prayers for me to have strength, comfort and peace, I couldn't have made it and also for the cooler weather, which was in the 70's and not 80's or 90's. I don't have A/C in my cars!!
Sorry, this is long but I wanted you all to know that I am so thankful to my Christian brothers and sisters and to Jesus, for God is so goooood!
My aunt's funeral was really nice, she looked so young in the casket for being almost 94 next month. I was very happy that I was able to attend. Cliff and Carolyn would have been with Wanda, if I wasn't able to do so!
Thank you again & God Bless!

Please would you also pray for my cars to pass the safety inspections, as I need a Catalytic Converter on the Toyota and a new fuel pump and tail lights burning on the 77 Mercury Monarch....Wanda is going to sign the title over to me as soon as she gets the title back in her name. Only had Larry's name on it and he hadn't signed it even though he told her and me that he wanted me to have the 91 Toyota which he had purchased and loaned to me to drive the last two years. The licenses are due on both by the end of this month of Sept. Also car insurances and home owners ins all due in Sept & Oct. Whew.!!!....bills, bills, and more bills!

Cliff blew out a circuit breaker and have no lights in the garage and part of the house and basement. My son, David, knows how to take one out and put another in, so we'll have to buy a new one and wait for him to have time to come over and help us! Hopefully that will take care of my electricity problem!!!
Well, trials come but with God and our blessed Savior, Jesus, we can overcome them all! Thank you, Lord!! And as most of you know I am a gabby writer!!
God Bless!
