Not such a bad week. Found my first half dollar today! A 60d Franklin, probably in EF condition. Found the 36 and 43s merc with the 60d rosie in the same yard as the franklin. This house yard's grass was overgrown, and these coins we found in an area where these people parked their vehicles, so it was compacted, grass was worn, and depths were shallow. (Found a 19 wheat at 2 inches here too). My bro CT found a 57 quarter here too, and some wheats. CT is using my old Bounty hunter, and got lucky and found a 57 quarter. The property we hunted today is huge, and has been continuously occupied since the 1890's. Should yield more goodies when the grass is cut. Found the 41 quarter in a vacant lot where an old house was on saturday, and the 29d merc in my md'n bro's (f75tom) front yard. Should have a wet week, so got the green light on lawns.
