About GARRETT and the NEW detector they have coming out?

I am asking these same questions in some other detector forums. Allot of you know that I have been waiting for this new machine for a long time. I know we all have been waiting. So, I am going to ask some questions that some of us want to know about this "upgrade" to the GTP-1350
true all metal mode, 4th target tone, trigger pinpoint, it all sounds good. I hope that they have a good means of ground balance on the new machine.





1)Can I use all the searchcoils I have for the GTAx-1250 which can be used on the current GTP-1350.

2) when is this detector coming out? and how much $$

3) are their any other features of the new detector that i missed in my list?

4) any one have a pic or any other inside info about this new machine

If you are referring to the latest "newsflash" about the GTP 1350, well... that was a joke. It was only some wag, exercising a little wishful thinking. It would be nice if Garett did those things, but I dont think we're gonna see them.

Hmmm... weren't you that "wag"! You had me going for a minute until I reread your post. I bet Garrett got a 100 calls on that one.

Well now you know why the word spaz is in my name. I jumped the gun when I saw the post titled (NEWS FLASH) with the GARRETT leterhead.
I hope no one at GARRETT blames me for all the phone calls they are getting. Their must be a ton of people calling them asking when they can send their current GTP1350 in fort an upgrade.
