Ace 250 Park cleaner

Went to the local park where they held the annual Blackberry Festival, Classic Cars show over the weekend. I must say, folks are doing a better job of hanging on to their money these days. But they still part with their junk. Anyway i found 7 buried nickles(all 2"-3"), 14 dimes most buried 2"-4", 2 quarters, and 34 pennies(mostly 1"-3"), along with 2 silver chains and my usual pull tabs, foil, bottle caps 3 pencils, and 2 hair clips, and a key ring. And all of this in only 5 1/2 hours. I think i am starting to understand better what the Ace is trying to tell me. I am starting to call my finds. Not always right but getting better at it. Anyway, heres the haul.

Hey Rebel1

Just keep plugging at the park. The one I go to continues to give up coins (I know there is jewery just haven't gotten that lucky yet) and this place has continuous use. You have to get through the ton of junk to start finding the goods. I have so many other parks to hit up but this one is just 3 minutes away from the house as well as a "nature park" 4 minutes away.

Thanks guys. I keep hoping for the gold and diamond ring. Every time i dig a nickle/pulltab signal i hope for it. That is the one signal still giving me problems IDing before i dig. I always hope for gold, expect pulltab, and today got 7 nickles. Ohh well, can't get 'em all right or it wouldn't be any fun any more.

If your finding silver chains, you're doing something right. If I was a betting man, I'd bet somebody has been cherry picking quarters at that park. Nice hunt!

Thanks. Could be on the quarters but the Festival just ended yesterday and i was the only one there detecting today.
