Acts of stupidity are getting more frequent at my workplace:(

..Last week;there was a notice posted about the vending machines at my workplace being continually vandalized;the other day at shift change a partial bottle of alcoholic drink was found hidden behind one of the machines-I told my foreman today I wouldnt be surprised if one -OR MORE- people in here get walked out the door for doing something dumb before the doors are premanently locked on us.IF THEY DO;they WONT get unemployment;probly wont get a severance either;if we get one.....SO Im spreading the word we are all in a bad situation here-AND DONT make it worse by lettin emotions get the best of you,and resort to doing something brainless,or illegal-I imagine in the case of stealing or wrecking Co. property;they would also press charges against the offending party(ies);as is their right.......

a general catch all statement which means people damaged company property intentionally, or intentionally failed to do something they were supposed to do...like their job, or intentionally ignored policy, sexual harassment, etc. Anyone fired for 'gross misconduct' does not get unemployment and is less likely to be hired by another company..that don't want a 'problem'. Good thing you are keeping your head when others are losing theirs. It is also a way of showing Christ to those who don't know Him. When they see you are in the same boat...and sleeping comfortably even when the storm is raging and everyone is crying we are going to die they will come running to you...wanting the security that you have....Jesus.
