Adding Sparkle

Not sure exactly what effect you mean by "sparkle". PS has a filter -> render->lens flare that "might" give you something similar (add several randomly on the diamond???).

I'm not familiar with PS Elements but it has many of the same features so may have a similar effect???

This is an example (done fairly quickly) of what I mean ... is it even close to what you were envisioning?

Yes, similar to that is what I'm looking for and maybe with some bright spikes(?). I've seen what I'm looking for but don't remember where. Sorry for the late reply, I've been away.

FYI I added a star brush to the previous version.

Thanks Gord, I haven't been able to do that in PS Elements. Maybe I'll contact support, might be an add-on. The black background looks GOOD. Dave

Dave - if PS Elements use the same brushes as PS ... they end in the ".abr" file extension (in the Presets\Brushes" folder) ... then I could send you a couple of files which you could try?

Hopefully you can just load the new brushes and they should work fine.

Let me know ... Gord.
