...regarding the consumption of alcohol...Years ago;I was sloshed just about all the time;I drove a lot under the influence;too...I never got picked up by the police,but it doesnt matter-I was doing wrong,and the LORD opened my eyes big time on that one...I still have an occasional beer or mixed rink,but NEVER,EVER do I drive when Ive had ANY amount-I repented from that LONG ago;and wont be returning....
You see,the LORD has allowed me to see how much I stand to lose if I take up that bad habit again(My marriage,job,etc.....) ..Not to mention that I am a member of my Church Council(How would it look for a member of Church Council to be sloshed all the time??) Now,I keep it in its place where it belongs,Icontrol IT,not the other way around..Most of the time;when Im in a store that sells liquor or beer;I pass it by without even noticing it...TRUE FREEDOM!!THANK YOU,LORD-AND THANK YOU,JESUS!!!AMEN!!!

So glad you heard our Lord and gave up most of the booze, but I always thought a drunkard has to abandon all of it or they would fall off the wagon?

He needs Jesus and others too who are snared by alcohol (the devil's spirits) I pray God sends the perfect labor unto him to open his eyes and ears to what he's doing to himself and others! Unless he hears and sees for himself, he will be lost and that is a horrible thing to happen to anyone!
