Is it possible to have an adjustable frequency on a Tesoro? I'm talking about one with a dial so you can adjust it to exactly where you want it. I was thinking about it today when I was at an area with some really super bad EMI. My Outlaw and Tejon won't work at that location, because their frequency is either too low or too high, but my Cibola and Vaquero will work there. Just barely though.
Another benefit from having an adjustable frequency is being able to set the frequency that's best suited to find either silver or gold. Maybe 3kHZ to 18kHz.

.As said by rainy you can change coils on the x terra and change frq. you can also use noise cancel to shift frq.in 80 hz steps +/- 160 hz.I think XP Deus has a good idea you can change freq. from 4 kHz, 8 kHz,12 kHz and 18 kHz with the same coil. Tesoro needs to make a all digital detector ,I do not think that a analog unit could handle a variable freq. like you are taking about ,but they could have more range on the toggle maybe four or five freq instead of three .
