Is there any way that I could wire a meter on to my Advantage to help me confirm good finds??
If so what meter would I use??
Many thanks HH
Richard

The Advantage has a language all of its own. The more you use it, the better you'll be able to understand what its telling you. I heard when you finally master this on the Advantage, youll actually know a coin from a bottle cap. A ring from a pull tab. All just by the sound and use of the disc knob. After using my Advantage for about six months I said "Screw this!" and traded it for a modified Classic IDX.
Good luck.

Thanks for that but I will stick to the minelab as it is a fantastic machine.......it just likes bottle tops and where I search there are loads!!!

Yes it is a really good machine when it is used in low trash fields........but it really loves bottle tops and ring pulls.
It still produces good finds at brilliant depths
but I hate the noise in trash!!
Going to the beach soon so I guess I will be digging loads of <IMG SRC="/metal/html/pulltab.gif" BORDER=0 width=54 height=24 ALT="sB"> <img src="/metal/html/cry.gif" border=0 width=40 height=15 alt=":cry">
