Hey everyone some of you may have remembered me but I don't come on here too often. I have owned the CTX since the day it was released but I just bought the Deus. I mainly hunt private yards and parks. I love the CTX and have grown accustomed to the sounds. I would like to set my Deus up similar to the CTX. I know I can do the 4 boxes like in COMBINED on the CTX, and that's fine but my main issue is I want to hear the iron. I would like iron to sound like a grunt and the good targets to sound like good targets. I do not want to null out the iron. Do I set my disc at 0 or move it to 4-6? Also do I keep my iron volume at 0 or higher? Thanks in advance.

Try calabash's programs. They are good and deep and are as close to the CTX sounds as you gonna get. He has a youtube video where tells you the settings.

turn up the iron volume or use full tones.

Full tones takes some time to get used to but you'll hear all the iron and you'll fall in love.

I've been using a CTX since it came out also, now it's the most expensive dust collector in my house.

The CTX and Deus are 2 different machines you may need to adopt a different search style.
As said earlier Calabash has a series of very informative videos check them out on YTube.
