I got arthritis in my hips;and crawling around in/out of machines and walking around for 8 hours at work is beginning to seriously hurt.Ive already been told that for arthritis in there;not much can be done,and they wont do replacement on me cause Im so young(Im told Im YOUNG ??) SO:I guess I just have to grin and bear it-Been on glucosamine for months,not helping.Im going to give it another couple of weeks;then if its not better;going to go to my Dr.and get his opinion on the subject.

There is help for arthritic people....if you can, get to a Dr. who specializes in Arthritis; he /she will help you.

Glucosomine will retard the arthritic process, but will not cure it .

I went through months of problems with my shoulder and looked into the glucosamine angle (after I bought it). If you looked at the sites that sell it, it's a miracle cure. However, if you go to the medical sites, there's no studies that show if works better than a placebo. Expensive stuff too. I'm sure they have medication that can help you out...
