After a long battle

After a long battle of deciding what machine to buy then trying to find a used deus with no luck at all. I have finally purchased a brand new deus with 11 inch coil remote and ws5 headphones. More money than I wanted to spend but hopefully I'm happy. Any suggestions with my new machine would be great

well You are going to love it just don't think its a turn on and go because it really s not . even though its got pre programmed programs do a lot of reading the manual and watch all the Calabash and especially Gary's videos they will help you the most I have had mine a year now and still learning but have done pretty well with it I have the 9 inch LF coil and the 9x5 HF coil with Version 4 on the remote . I did learn one thing today about the HF coil its a little overwhelming in High Trash areas like old house lots and such as I just got it and tried it so I need to watch more vids and find some good Programs for urban area searching that's for sure . But I have dug some deep silver with my LF coil in area Parks that I have used many other detectors over the years . Don't get frustrated just practice, practice and more practice Good Luck and HH

I bought a Deus this year and I personally think it’s a great machine I hunt mostly for old coins and it’s been great on the first three programs,
Put it in basic one and go for starters you won’t hear much iron and you will find coins...I had two great finds this week in basic one nice silver plus a lot of jewelry
also using GM power and Deus fast
All these were in a town green that’s hit hard and a school yard
