After last week I like my old F75 LTD just fine...

I always bring a back up detector to use in good soil in VA and my GPX a for the hot soil of Culpepper... In a warm up hunt I pulled out my F75 and started pulling bullets like crazy, 40 is a lot for me. Then I hit this us plate .. my first ever. The display case is probably 80 % Fisher..... Then Sunday I hit an old farm back here in VTC using the Fisher and pulled a toasted copper and a 1781 Reale. I also found a dump site which will have to wait until spring. We already have snow up here.....

Don't take this post wrong, I am not saying the fisher out performed the GPX. It was 2 different farms and two different soils.

Henry:

Your correct the f-75 LTD original models are "Fine Detectors"...... in my opinion. In fact the original F-75 black and gold is a fine detector too..

Great finds--can't wait until deer season is over so I can get to my Civil War haven--it has been producing for 45 years.

While it may generate a smile and an eye roll, I don't think anyone would object too much if you DID say the say the F75LTD out performed the GPX. This is the F "Series" Forum after all. ;)

Awesome! This Indiana boy is looking forward to a trip South early next year with my newly, upgraded F75 Camo LTD. I always enjoyed it and did well but thinking it soon be even better. Thanks, for sharing.

Man Henry, the reale is the nicest one I've seen come out of the ground. Yes, the 75's from birth have proved they are units that you can be confident with.....one of the top all around hi tech speedsters.

Those are all awesome finds, but that reale is a real beauty! nice work!
