After market Infinium Shaft

Here is a photo of the After market Anderson balance shaft for the Infinium and Sea Hunter. They also manufacture a long shaft for the Infinium that places the electronics way back and also a short scuba shaft too. I know these have been around for awhile, but any Infinium accessories are welcome. I wish Garrett would produce an elliptical 10 inch DD waterproof coil for the Infinium. That would be easier to work with in shallow water, plus provide the benefits of DD coverage. CC.

about the 5X10 DD coil which is waterproof down to about 8 feet. It is what I use when the currents and waves are strong as I belt mount the box, so the standard shaft with the coil is like a feather. Very quiet and is still plenty deep although has a small footprint. Also pinpoints very well. Only downer is it floats, so you definitely need to lanyard the shaft to your belt. Glad to see this forum pop up.

And the old mop handle comes in handy also.
