After the BIG Blizzard of 2011..........

OK so I plowed 80 million tons of the white stuff the last couple days. While I was out plowing I took the camera along to get some pics to share with you.
Here is a big county plow truck with the "V" plow on the front. You don't want to be on the side of the road when he goes by! The force of the stuff flying out the side sometimes goes over 100 feet from the road. They often blast a mailbox out, post and all without touching it with the plow.

Here is a row of large Maple trees along the road. Notice the white line on all of them. That is the blast from the plow truck!

The sun shining over the great white desert!

Here is my truck between a huge drift that the BIG "V" plow had to break through on a dirt road. Right now it is only wide enough for one car. They will likely bring in a big loader to push it back to widen the road.

Talk about frozen beef! This big dude was standing in a pasture never moved while I took the pic. When I came back by 45 minutes later he had not moved an inch!

Lastly this is for Steve in AZ. Here is a locomotive made from round and square bales of straw. I have been wanting to get a pic of this but never had the camera with me. At night it is even better as it has christmas lights on it. I hope to get that pic later.

the train ! Those snow pics are just amazing - I got cold just looking at thewm.
And we are to be at 15 degrees tonight - just about never heard of here. This huge storm has been something. We are to be back in the 60's by Sat. steve

on the news Texas Stadium where the Super Bowl is this weekend. Everything outside is white! :surprised:

Really neat pics, Mike, and God answered prayers for you in a big way....isn't He awesome to supply you with work? Yes, Texas is cold and covered with the white stuff and Dallas and Ft. Worth were being under a distribution of power because of it, alternating between homes! Just think what it will be like in the great tribulation....sure hope the Saints of God are caught up and away before that happens! Amen! Ma Betty
