I posted this earlier this evening on the "Today's Finds" forum, then found this one. Found these this afternoon with Equinox 600.

I believe it is pewter and part of a barrel tap.
 
Top, Semper Fi', and great finds and saves on some CW relics. Those Sharps bullets are really nice.
