Read Rom. 1:16, 17, 22 - 32; 2:1 - 10, 17 - 23; 3:1, 2, 10 - 18, 23.

Memory Text:
"All have sinned, and come short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23).

Unless a person acknowledges that he or she is unrighteous, that person will sense no need for justification (God

Because of Adam and Eve's fall from GOD' S grace, all are born sinners and fall short of His glory and only through His redemption plan of salvation as our subsitute, sacrifticial Lamb, He paid the full penalty for our sins as He hung on the cross of Calvary in the name of Jesus by shedding His precious blood in the place of all sinners! But each of must come to Him in full repentance with all our sins confessed to be cleansed of all unrighteousness, for only the forgiveness of God through His righteousness within us saves us unto eternal life for living with Him forever more! We are saved unto good works, but our good works without the salvation Christ Jesus, is as filthy rags in God's sight!

I have a friend whom I have been witnessing to by telephone, letters, cards and poetry for many years and, yet, she thinks she is good enough! I asked her if she called Jesus her Lord and Savior, when she said that she was okay and good enough? She says that her religious faith is private and she doesn't tell anyone about it! Well, if we are ashamed of Jesus, He will be ashamed of us before God, our Heavenly Father, and Jesus is the Intercessor between God and man! I can tell you, personally, through my faith in Jesus that I cannot talk about Him to anyone, without calling Him my Lord and Savior! He is my All in all and my everything! Without Him, I am nothing, with Him dwelling spiritually within me, I am His and have the victory over death and hell when my mortality ends! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty
