And the numbers are hard enough to see in the bright sunlight. I like the SE better though because the numbers are bigger and do show up better in the bright sunlight. IF on a iffy target, the numbers are jumping around then so are the cross hairs. Numbers are just a lot easier for me and less of a pain in the neck. Thought I was going to say butt didn't you.
I have to say the SE I enjoy more then the Exp ll. I ran the ll for 3 years and never thought it was much of a machine compared to some of my other machines down here where I live. The Pinpoint on my machine just plain sucked period. You can do so much more with the SE in Pinpoint then the Exp ll.
Every improvement that they made to the SE made the machine that much better for me and they were the ones that the Exp ll doesn't have that I wanted. As far as the weight goes it is better balanced then the Expll. I am 62 but I am not a wimp and can swing mine all day long. Keep your arm straight all the weight should just hang there. Turn your body at the hips when you swing the machine. I do run the joey coil and of late I just changed over to the 4.5"X7" excellerator coil and it is a butt kicking coil and I can run it at 32 sen all the time. That makes for digging some real deep targets. I can't run my joey coil or the 10" at that sen. Ran on too long here.
