.....the right one,with plantar fasciitis in it...I bought all kinds of inserts for my shoes;pills;ice;heat...:(:cry:HOW can something like this be so painful???:shrug:I am on my feet all shift long where I work;and let me tell ya;I wouldnt wish this on ANYBODY....AND,I cant- and wont-just sit around for the rest of my life,only going to work and then gettin off the old hoof because it hurts too much to do anything else...When I broke my right foot in June;the E.R. doctor,and bone Dr.both told me I had"The BIGGEST bone spur they had EVER seen"...The bone Dr.said its not a big deal surgery-wise;hour and a half thereabouts; go in and clean it up,grinding;:thumbdown::(3 to 4 weeks off work...(not a big deal to him-not HIS foot thats gettin grinded on:unsure:)SO:This next Tuesday at 2:15;I am going in to consult with my regular Dr. that goes to our church(ALSO a good friend with my bone Dr.)Wish me luck and prayers.I will let ya know whats up.Dogface Steve!!
 
That would be "what could happen if you have any surgery on your feet" I have had patients that have had bone spurs removed and will never be able to stand again without severe pain. It is usually highly recommend not to have this surgery done.

We see at least 10 plantar fasciitis patients a week. Some of them have had it over 2 years and have heel spurs. Heels spurs do not hurt. They just poke into the plantar fasciis and make it hurt if it is wounded. Your story is very common.
