I seen that man do the parralel bars,(the kind that rotated) one handed while screamin red faced at us non stop. 
Anything that man asked o' us he did himself 10 fold tho.
Then at the opposite end o' the spectrum, we had a reserve DI for two weeks once and he got his azz handed to him by everyone.
