[attachment 199306 dinner1.jpg] Center cut sirloin steak rubbed with a little garlic salt and Apple wood seasoning, cooked so that it's just barely pink in the middle. Corn is White and Yellow that had been previously shucked and boiled and then re-heated with the steaks on the grill. Mmmmmmmm Mmmmmmmm !!! Baked potatoes with extra butter finished it out. Looked like a picture off of someones Menu !

[attachment 199307 Dinner2.jpg] Dessert was this fresh Apple Crisp fresh out of the oven with a liberal topping of Cool Whip !! That reminds me.........time for seconds. Enjoy and y'all can eat your hearts out !!

sirloin steaks looks burnt, they look to crusty and if it looks crusty on the outside it is well done on the inside, tough and not pink

And I happen to know everything about a sirloin steak which is my favorite steak that I cook all the time in the boiler and on the grill, please click on photo to get the full affect

And my second favorite steak if not favorite Rick is a Rib Eye, just lightly touched so the fat burns on the outside but juicy and pink on the inside

Your steaks look over cooked to me but that might be just me and how I like my steaks, your steaks look like burnt pork chops ;)

Now don't get upset UMP, I'm just giving you my thoughts on cooking and I just happen to be pretty good at it

buys the best steaks, and I disappoint him every time I try to prepare them in hopes of getting that scrumptious taste...I ruin them all the time.:rage:

That apple crisp also looks so delicious...would go so well with my coffee this morning.:yo:

Great pics...thanks for posting..

p.s. maybe I'll try that Apple Wood Rub next time
