Am I losing my hearing or not?? AT Pro headphones

Habanero

I use the stock headphones on my AT Pro as I have not invested in any other accessories for it just yet. I run them with the switch on "stereo" and have the knobs on both sides maxed out for me to hear the best in pro mode. Does this sound right or am I losing my hearing and need to have them at these settings just to hear the tones very well??? I have heard that many complain about the waterproof set being too loud, well if I cant turn these up any more than where they are now, then I may have to go to the loud pair.

I thing your going death my friend lol because I can't possibly turn them up all the way. About half way is good for me.:garrett:

Depends on battery level as to how loud they are. Speaking of batteries I don't think rechargeables are that good after all. I was running at two bars left and decided to recharge them .The sound was so much louder and quicker, I really think they need to be to fully charged for top performance.

My hearing is not too good. Remember the joke the guy went to his doctor because he thought his wife was losing her hearing. The doctor said to do a check on her--stand behind her about 40 feet and ask her a question in your normal voice. If she doesn't respond, move to thirty feet and try again, then twenty, then ten. So he went home. The wife was at the kitchen sink and he asked her "Honey, what's for dinner.?" She didn't respond so he moved up to thirty feet and no reply, then twenty, then finally right up to her back. Finally she turned around and said "I've told you five times now, chicken!"

Either your hearing or the detector or headphones not working right. Full batteries and full volume on the headphones and it hurts my ears. You are sure you turned the volume controls up?

the stock phones sound kind of muted compared to my Jimmy Sierra Maxifones II. I don't hunt in the water but the J. Sierra's are the best I've ever used
