There was a man the other day that went into a gas station near me.While he was getting gas,he spilled some gas on his arm;and as he was going to pay for the gas,he lit up a smoke;and his arm burst into flames.It just so happened that the police were driving in at the time;and jumped out and put out the fire on the man's arm.After all that,the police wrote the guy a ticket-The man yelled"WHATS THIS FOR??"The policeman answered-"For being in possession of an illeagal fire-arm"...
