General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

One of my sons expressed an interest in having an XLT "just like Dad," so I got one for him. I loaded my three Custom Programs, and since it was idle, the stock 950 might have been used for 2 hours or so. I've used it a little as I mounted a spare 5.3 BullsEye, but as you can see from the photos of that coil it hasn't been abused. Heck, I don't abuse ANY detector!!

Anyway, he felt too self conscious in public and detecting just isn't for him. I don't need two XLT's, but I would like some vacation cash, or perhaps I'd take a part trade and cash for this great detector? I know for sure I haven't used it 50 hours, and the total is probably more like 35-40, if that, and maybe just 2-4 trips out with the stock 950.

I am including photos of the 5.3 BullsEye, used almost all the time on this unit, just so you can see the lack of abuse. I am NOT SELLING the 5.3 BullsEye separately as I can use it on a modified Classic model. However, I might be enticed to include it with a sale or trade of the XLT if the offer is decent.

I didn't remove the housing cover to take photos, but can if requested. It's been on this XLT since, perhaps, the 5th time it was used. As I stated, I am mainly interested in trading the nice XLT for another detector, or trade it for a lesser-value detector plus cash.

These are the ONLY makes/models I am interested in, and I would like them to be in equal physical condition and also working as perfectly as this XLT;
