An interesting fact

The other day I set up a test rig with the listed items as targets. in each case the NEL SHARPSHOOTER coil matched the Teknetics Stock 11" DD coil in every test for depth the only difference of course is the size which means the standard coil has more coverage of soil but I find out in the field the Sharpshooter is sharper for signals

Brian, thats a good review,i only use the Sharpshooter coil these days on the T2,some rime i use the big SEF15x12 on real deep pasture site, but as a general rule the NEL is the coil of choice.

It would be interesting to see a true comparison of The Sharpshooter against The Ultimate coil.
I guess the guys who have one or the other, swear it's the superior coil.

I have just added the NEL Storm coil to my coil collection going out today! its interesting using the Upgraded T2SE as I have found the target separation so much better. For example setting a rusty Roman nail down A n AE 4 Constans coin will still be found very close to it. A Sestertius can be Underneath it !

Brian, have a good days detecting mate, will be going out with the T2 as well and once again that will have a NEL coil on it but mine will be the Sharpshooter on this time.

Nice review and great pics! Sounds like a winner!
