An urgent call from a Brother in Christ needing help

he got a call from someone wanting to know if there is anyone he knew or if he himself could help out with a problem. Seems they are installing some new signs in the clothing section of Kmart up here and the guy that usually does the work is not available. My Brother in Christ owns a hardware and has no time to do it...he thought of me...thinking I still had no job.

I accepted the offer. In a few minutes will be heading to Kmart to install the new signs. A couple hours of work and will get $40 for the work. If I do what is needed I am sure when things change again I will be called to see if I can once again fill the need. God sure is keeping me busy - and thank you God for the work. I love working with my hands and making things look better or work if they are already broken.

Have a great day...oh yeah I am On Call for the hotel but since I will not get a signal on my phone inside Kmart I guess they will have to call the other guy they have on call as well. Guessing nothing is going to happen if God has His way :thumbup:

There is yet another before and after of the Ladys Plus Sizes but you can get the idea. The Assistant Manager said she was very impressed - such a big difference.

Took me about 3 and a quarter hours, so I figure I made about $12 an hour (after taxes),

Was fun and there were some very nice employees working there which made the task much nicer.

Who knows this might lead to other things in the future. The company or people that hired me to do the job was impressed with the work as well.

Isn't God amazing in how he is working things out for you because you and we prayed for you to have work and you are getting the work! Praise God and Thank You, Jesus, for blessing Pete and supplying his needs! Amen! :angel:

Things always seem to work out don't they?
 
except at work ---- now the heaters are not heating the water and circulating it and my soldering job seems to have sprung a leak....where's the duct tape :shrug:
 
Just remember satan is testing you, because you prayed and God gave you a great day, now he is trying to spoil it but don't let him....just smile and get to work! :) Pray some more and it will all work out for your good and for God's purpose! :angel:
